Locking System

The folding outswing door has a multi-point locking system with a hook bolt above and below the center deadbolt along with shoot bolts on the non-active panels that lock into the head and sill. This system provides a weathertight seal and enhanced security.

Available in a matte black or satin stainless steel finish.

Flush Bolt

Available in a matte black or satin stainless steel finish.

Hinges

Concealed Shoot Bolt Handle

Available in brushed stainless or bronze stainless

Magnetic Catches

Magnetic catches are used help keep panels stacked together when open. The larger catches are used to prevent door handle from hitting adjacent panel when opened.

Designed to help manage insects and other outdoor intrusion while enjoying fresh air and uninterrupted views. The screen is fully retained within the frame on all sides and retracts discreetly when not in use to remove visual distractions and bring the outdoors in. Fits openings up to ~30’ wide and 10’ tall.

An economical solution with traditional beauty, our Simulated Divided Light features fixed exterior and interior grilles without an internal spacer.

Removable Interior Wood Grilles

Our removable wood grilles are installed on the interior surface. They are available with an optional surround and an optional permanently applied exterior grille.

Finelight™ Grilles- Between-the-Glass

Aluminum grilles conveniently placed between two panes of glass make the glass easy to clean inside and out.

The on-floor drainage sill offers a PG40* rating for sizes up to 24' wide and 8' tall and PG30 rating for sizes up to 24' wide and 10' tall. Available in Gray or Bronze.
