Our Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion

We are committed to demonstrating mutual respect and appreciation for our similarities and differences (for example, race, color, culture, gender, sexual orientation, religion, education, ethnicity, age, language, physical ability and thought) so that each employee can realize his or her potential and we exceed our customers’ expectations.

Andersen is a proud signatory of the CEO Action for Diversity & Inclusion initiative, the largest CEO-driven business commitment to advance diversity and inclusion within the workplace. By signing the coalition’s pledge, Jay Lund, Andersen Chairman and CEO, joins more than 500 companies and organizations, spanning sectors, industries, geographies, and size, who agree to:

  • Cultivate workplaces that support open dialogue on complex, and sometimes difficult, conversations about diversity and inclusion
  • Implement and expand unconscious bias education
  • Share best known—and unsuccessful—actions.

We’re proud to be designated one of the “Best Places to Work for LGBTQ+ Equality” having earned a top score of 100 on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s 2022 Corporate Equality Index (CEI). The CEI is the premier national benchmarking tool on corporate policies and practices related to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer (LGBTQ) employees. This is Andersen’s second year participating and first year earning a top score of 100 percent. We join more than 840 other U.S. companies with the 2022 designation.

Hear From Our Employees

Employee Resource Networks

We strive for an environment where every person is safe, respected and can be their authentic self. Employees throughout the Andersen enterprise are welcome to join any of the many employee resource networks. These are voluntary, employee-led groups that encourage personal and professional development, promote diversity and drive company and individual growth through a network of employees leveraging their collective range of skills, talents and diverse perspectives. Members of employee resource networks typically share a common affinity such as allyship, ethnicity, gender, cultural identity, etc. Each ERN is sponsored by a member of Andersen’s Executive Committee.
